Soy Lecithin granule

Synvelop Soy Lecithin granular SOYLEC G1 is a complex mixture of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI). It is oil-free light-yellow granular, wholly soluble and dispersible in oil, and partly in alcohol. SOYLEC G1 is a kind of natural multifunctional lecithin. It is made from 100% soy beans, and contains more than 95% phospholipids. It is widely used in food processing, medicine, feed additives, and industrial auxiliary agent.
