Synvelop Soy Lecithin modified SOYLEC MP is oil-free light-yellow/brown powder, wholly soluble and dispersible in oil, and partly in alcohol. SOYLEC MP is a kind of natural multifunctional lecithin. It is made from 100% soy beans, and contains more than 95% phospholipids. SOYLEC MP is recognized as an emulsifier, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant, and dispersant. It is widely used in food processing, medicine, feed additives, and industrial auxiliary agent.
